After this morning’s mass, I hacked out light gree stuff, which was rumbling inside my chest during mass. I did another one but with more clear mucus. I felt great then but still feel HOT now.

About one hour ago and immediately prior to dinner, I dropped the Ocean Spray Blueberry bottle. This was after pouring my first cup to taste. But the bottle slipped from my left hand as my bum left shoulder missed the reach of the upper shelf to the refrigerator.

I ended up squatting on the floor to soap and sponge up the spill for a good ten minutes. Of course and while still squatted, my left foot slipped from underneath me and I landed on my knees. Now my left hip socket feels sore.

I’m falling apart and falling down.
