At 5:44pm (PDT), I just saw what appeared to be a BLACK-colored, crane, which is normally white in color! It was flapping its wings in a slow succession – one and two – as it came from a general east direction, slightly downward towards a west direction and gently towards a south direction.
I believe the `heavens` has sent me a message:
