To spice up my boring weblog site, I’ve decided to added an animated .gif featuring twinkling stars! So I did a quick search online via my favorite search engine ~ GOOGLE.com ~ and found a website that had lots of nice animated stars!

Here are several samples of animated twinkling stars:

After a few minutes and nine samples later, I found something that should look nice (for now until I bet bored again). According to the website, his bandwidth is important. This means NO direct link to his images. I learned a new Netiquette tonight:

Always make a copy of images you want to use in your pages on your PC.

I actually got an annoying default, but tame, image of offense for direct linking an image via my CSS stylesheet. I did NOT know that hyperlinking on my weblog site would use up someone else’s bandwidth. Hmm: I wonder if team Automattic could do something to FIX IT!
