Writing With Eyes Could Allow Paralyzed People To Communicate, Neuroscientists Say

I thought more of this technology would be available to those who seem to understand people and are aware of their environment, such as stroke victims (for example). Them we would know if these victims would wish to continue to live in theory current condition. I see potential in this profitable technology, moral issues dealing with life and death and more legislative improvement on “advanced directives” to include a clause of some sort to honor the wishes if the victims. I also can see cans of worms opening for revelations of dark, hidden secrets by those who are injured and were to afraid to disclose while still cognisant.
