Well, I’ve been drinking my bitter melon tea for the past few days. And for whatever reason, I feel “better” and have some energy “restored” after drinking this stuff. So I don’t know if it helps or not.
I may try horsetail plants and/or stinging nettles, just because I like exploring herbal remedies (mind you, there is still NO “real” cure for any health ailments) and free-market enterprises for those willing to take the, ahem, ventured risks.
Normally I do NOT drink tea daily and only do so when I feel like substituting COFFEE! Sometimes I do drink sodas from aluminum cans and only do so when I feel like substituting my daily fluid intakes of filtered city water from a local Vietnamese water store.
