With the new Medicare rules/laws/regulations, the doctor must ask the patient: “What is the purpose of your visit here?” The patient must answer in his/her/its own words.

So before going to your health/primary care physician, find the correct words and communicate your intentions VERY clearly.

Medicare will PUNISH dumb recipients for NOT understanding the recent/ongoing changes/loopholes by sending you the bill directly.

For example, if you are getting a blood work, check HOW MUCH a facility charges for the TYPES of services.

If Medicare doesn’t get the correct code, you could get dinged!

If the services rendered are done TOO frequently against Medicare’s schedule, you could get dinged.

You will be sent the bill directly and get screwed trying to fix it!
