I have style but don’t know which writing style I use. My content is mostly about issues from parroting other writers, their ideas and opinions. And as I ride on their last nerves like riding on a surfer, err the wave, hence, a blog is posted.
I noticed that both Maw and her boy tend to “imitate” others. If they are trending the latest style, they will follow suit. Paw and I are comfortable where we are — the old ways. I also noticed that the Chingster, over the years of knowing her, doesn’t really come up with her own things. Instead she gets her ideas from Maw mostly. Bingo!
For example, we bought three TempurPedic beds. I got a non-adjustable full-sized one while both Maw and Paw each got a adjustable, extra-long twin sized bed. I don’t know why I decided to get them the extra-long bed because finding bedsheets is difficult and not popular unlike the regular length. YEARS later, the Chingster got her own adjustable bed.
When we visited the new house San Ramon, CA, the Shillster demonstrated the mother’s new adjustable bed. “Lou, they already have three TempurPedic beds!” Her disabled/aging mother said softly. The kid is so clueless. It’s not important who got what first or if it’s better. What counts is that it works for a lifestyle within one’s budget and makes the person comfortable and happy. No competition. No baggage. Just live a normal life!
Maw has style. And so did Paw. For me, I’m clueless, too. I don’t know how to shop for clothes, shoes and accessories. For crying out loud, I don’t use makeup! Argh! I tried imitating but nothing seems to work out for me. Just give me a white tunic and some slippers and I’ll be happy. Good day!
