In those days,
the hustle and bustle of
entering journals,
filing contacts,
setting appointments,
sharpening pencils,
correcting errors, and
typing thoughts
meant shuffling papers.
In these days,
meeting deadlines,
can be done
in a blink of an eye
electronically and
in the palm of your hand.
If only I know how to operate
this latest technology,
remember where I left off,
could see the screens and
move my fingers fast enough,
then maybe change wouldn’t
be so bad, after all.
