What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

20221213-2101. I really don’t have favorite physical activity or exercises. I used to enjoy walking slowly with my elderly father.

Today, I can no longer walk with my dad. My right heel underneath is painful. My right ankle is stiff. Both feet are stiff.

For twenty minutes and while my dad walked without me, I sat outdoors and enjoyed the full sunshine.

There was at least one VERY faint central that failed to stick in the crispy clear blue skies!

I don’t really do exercises except simple stretches whenever I could remember to make time.
