20250109-1044. I just checked in to get my blood work for next Thursday’s office visit with my PCP or doctor or GP.
There are five to six others waiting ahead of me. They are all Hispanics*, meaning my last name or surname closely resembles their kinds, meaning the Obama Care algorithms back in 2013 primary primarily* confused me with their kinds.
Whatever. I’m stuck with the rest of them.
Anyways, the county requires facial masks until a March 2025. But I’m here inhaling their cooties. Only one female looked at me as if I need to mask up. There was no attendant and nobody is bothering me.
The blood guy didn’t mask up. There was* another staff and she didn’t mask up. So yeah it’s pretty much bunk to enforce humans to comply.
The air is freezing cold both outdoors and indoors. I had to park in on the streets because there was no parking space available out front or back; since the main entrance is facing a smaller road and the apartment dwellers living just on the opposite side of the road.
While waiting, we get at least one complimentary child. This I’d is* usually a default experience around a Hispanics. This toddler is having fun walking around the waiting area and making happy noises.
I used to be annoyed and irritated at these humans. But as I got older, their presence is delightful yet inconvenient as I’m forced to wait* along side them.
That’s all. End status report 1054 PST. Edited 1510 PST.
