Here are the combined blog entries for trying Theme: Bueno:
This time I’m trying yet another WordPress.com theme:
Bueno by WooThemes
A stylish and fun theme with a custom header, custom background, and multiple alternate color schemes.
Tags: blue, brown, green, silver, purple, red, pink, two-columns, fixed-width, custom-header, custom-background, theme-options, threaded-comments, sticky-post, rtl-language-support, translation-ready
PROs:
- LARGE fonts everywhere! I love it for people with myopic eyes!
- Blog description (or tagline) on upper left hand corner of weblog.
- Search bar on upper right hand corner of weblog.
- Drop-down menu for navigation bar.
- Custom header. Image exactly 930 by 198 pixels.
- Theme options. Select between showing `home page` link and `RSS feed` in nav menu. I removed the `home page` link because my pages ran to the second row. I wanted only one row.
- Theme options. Select colors of blue, brown, default, green, gray, purple, red. I chose the blue background in case the uploaded `background image` didn’t work.
- Custom background. Upload an image, which I created via `Gradient Maker`. Select `Display Options` of colors, positions, repeats and attachments.
CONs:
- No time stamp! Waaahhh!
I love the big fonts because it helps to `advertise` my favorite blogroll links, especially orgone. Check it now! It’s located on the `right sidebar`.

I’m currently trying Bueno by WooThemes. I love it after many switches of WordPress.com themes in the past days. I will force myself to stay with this theme despite the lack of a much preferred time stamp for each post entry and make peace with life’s imperfection.
I just noticed too that there are three footers! Wonderful! I’ve placed two quote on the left (Footer 1) and the right (Footer 3), with the `Text` widget titled `Take notice` in the middle (Footer 2).
Besides, there are referrers to my blog and it’s only fair to STICK to one WordPress.com theme. I love how larger than life the fonts help to `advertise` my much neglected top navigation bar and its precious pages contained therein.
I see also that there is a widget called `Bueno Feature Posts`, which I placed towards the top. I may change the overall arrangement of the widgets, again, because of my anal retentiveness in creating the PERFECT weblog for free, of course, here at WordPress.com.
Bruhaha!

20100508-Changed Again | 2010/05/08 10:39:17 PM | 19 October, 2011 @ 14:37
Oopsie! I forgot to mention that my internet connection is slow. So I needed a theme that didn’t have too much graphics and that could load up much faster than the previous WordPress.com theme: Bueno, which I love but it lacked my preferred time stamp for each post entry. Sorry.
