While I believe in capital punishment (i.e. the DEATH penalty), Maw really doesn’t want people to die.

Insane people are hopeless and are clogging up the jail system. The less of them being fed and housed for free, the more MONEY can be saved for the living.

With regards to the Casey Anthony case, the mother is negligent for the death of her child, the fruit of her loins and an extension of her being.

Trust me: women can snap and harm, injure and kill their child/ren. For example, Kim punched Derrick in the mouth because he wouldn’t stop screaming when time for bed. The mother is on taking anti-depression medication.
