The best way to cure a cold is to take extra steps in health and hygiene.
~Drink sufficient fluids, especially acidic fruit drinks such as lemon, pineapple, apple, etc.
~Brush you teeth AND tongue.
~Gurgle with hydrogen peroxide.

~Do a saline nasal wash with neti pot (found in local drug store).
~Cover ear, nose and throat/neck during colder temperatures.
