I just came back from more toilet flushings! After dinner tonight, I had evacuated lots of “tae” and flushed almost one dozen times to avoid clogging up the toilet, like I did last month. That’s what happens when I don’t drink enough fluids while injesting dry foods and OTC medication for my bad cold. Again, after dinner, I had blown out more bloody boogers, which means the air is dry/not humid/moist enough for the sinus. At least whatever is working, I’m able to get rid of my sickness with rest and relaxation.

Oh yeah. My preferred laxative happens to be ORGANIC milk. One cup after a meal and some more as “snack” whenever I feel like I need to go “badly”. But I only do so every other day, depending how “dry” I am and as long as I don’t deplete my potassium level. When I cramp in the legs or elsewhere, then I stop my “milk”.
Now I feel light in the guts, which still has a pooch. But my GI tract is grumbling right now because my digestive system is lactose intolerant. Hehehe. “Milk” is more natural and almost to stronger as OTC laxative. Okay, that’s enough for tonight.
