Okay, the VERY first thought that occurred to my small mind was simple: housing for the Veterans who are “useless” after serving in the wars (i.e. Middle East countries). This thought was “verified” through a wise one. Since the government won’t really “profit” from this venture, at least the money coming from the government and “going to” these disabled war veterans will be used to “pay down” the “modified/mortgage loan”, PLUS lots of interest (from other sources of income, if any).
Anyway, the government could re-sell it (again to these vets). But if the government MUST re-sell to union thugs, racketeering businesses, foreign investors and pals, these entities MUST be investigated. After all, it’s a global consciousness/community that must benefit as a whole. It matters not who or what controls but how the flow of intentions are meted out properly.
Again, investigating takes a lot of resources. Hey! I know! Allow a “trump card” to play into this game of foreclosed properties and let “business as usual” in a capitalistic/free market economy take care of “government”.
