I just had more thoughts. Each government agency AND private businesses MUST encourage customers (stupid and old) to use a computer and transact online. For example, there are forms that need to be submitted. There are options to call, mail or go online. By going online, the usage of stamp and gasoline used to travel to the local post office can be reduced in one shot. By this simple suggestion of AUTOMATING paperwork to be filled and MAILED by the Federal and State levels, this would help to further cut spending on the USPS (United States Postal Service) and thereby getting ride of the workers that are nasty and who cannot speak English well. I’m sorry but I’m partially deaf and cannot understand a word that is coming out of your mouth. You do NOT know!
