

Here is an easy receipe for our HUGE zucchini squash from the garden:
-Fry chopped garlic and onion in veggie oil until slightly brown.
-Add chopped pork and fry until slightly brown all around.
-Add small amount of water to avoid scorching bottom of pan/wok.
-Add spoonful of fish sauce, fresh ground peppercorn and your already deep-fried/slightly burned minced garlic to taste.
-Add eight whole shrimps, deveined and two chopped, medium tomato, skinned.
-Add more water to boil ingredients further and to reduce water and mix occassionally.
-Add chopped zucchini squash and more water.
-Mix ingredients well and cover to further cook/steam this veggieb dish.
-Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional: Steam some whole, green banana peppers to cooked dish.
