Nope, the staff was wrong and will burn in hell. Bravo to the dispatcher. These places should have a new protocol: Resuscitate until hero/help arrives or be considered an accessory to murder. You don’t need to be a licensed personnel to let the person die. You are to attempt whatever you can do until the patient can no longer respond to CPR.

It is interesting how pieces of legal papers overrule ethics violations. I know that such things happen and no one cares anymore. TPTB and pals should shut down businesses that do nothing but take the money of pensioners/disabled/retirees.

But wait, we should rejoice over the death of useless humans, eh? After all, they are a burden to society and do nothing productive, except smell up the place with their fermented foodstuff.
