Off-topic thoughts:
During lunchtime at my temp job from hell last Thursday, I read the above-referenced news article.
I wonder how that change will affect my non-emergency calls when the next door neighbor attacks us with her freaking ongoing “episodes”.
I wonder how that change will affect the potential increase of illegal immigrants with driver’s licenses committing public acts.
Anyway, my concern is our protection. For example, on 01-08-2015 at 1027 a.m. Javier called! My parents reported this new data to me over breakfast today and they said that he called twice that day.
He then told my Dad, who answered the phone call: “What’s the matter with you?”
Mom then interrupted the unwanted, unexpected phone call and raise her voice at him that she is a sick person and doesn’t want any visitors, except her son. Javier wouldn’t stop talking and she hung up on him.
The phone call came from a local area code of: V!ll@ @ng#l!c@. He’s probably a thug, gang, Hispanic, of course. I used the blocking feature on the main land line.
So to TPTB and pals, what can y’all do about these annoying people? Nothing!
