Share : Texas ‘stand your ground’ shooter headed to prison
Geez! He should have at least called the cops and let them take care of the damn noise instead of taking his fight out in public. That’s what we do in the suburbs here. My simple understanding of the “stand your ground” law is to protect yourself/property while still INSIDE your damn house! If outdoors and if threatened, then fire away and hopefully no one gets hurt.
