SAN FRANCISCO – The California Supreme Court upheld a voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage Tuesday, but it also decided that the estimated 18,000 gay couples who tied the knot before the law took effect will stay wed.
[Flynn’s Editorial: IMO only please, the voters have spoken. Marriage is between a man and woman. A couple can make more babies this way. It allows the state to generate revenue on the future work forces via taxation.
Love (in a spiritual sense) over-rules state mandated requirements for a gay or lesbian couple. Do not be dis-heartened folks. Just support each other the best you can without violence. It’s less confusing for everyone, really.]
