Share : A low-carb diet may not be the best for you after all
Tried a NO carbohydrate diet for a few days by eating oatmeal. Crashed within two days and felt VERY weak during work (five years ago).
Now eating “balanced” diet of fruits/nuts, meat/protein, milk/dairy, greens/veggies, carbohydrates of breaded grain/starchy rice, etc…
Taking “natural” supplements of ginger root, worm wood, cloves, liver drops, chembuster drops, CoQ10 and other OTC products…
