Earlier this afternoon, I was trying to take a nap but had to force myself to remember and research about my aching feet problems prior to seeking medical treatment/surgery.
I came up with possible problems: blue toe syndrome, bunions, mallet toes (with hammertoes beginning to form), metatarsalgia, and even plantar warts! Or from my readings online, I’ve got hereditary problems from “fallen angels” (or Nephilims). Whatever!
So what can I do about it? Exercise! So I’ve “Liked” a few YouTube video to re/view later on. The towel scrunches and toe spreader exercise look simple enough. I’ve tried warming up by circular feet exercises and noticed my pinky toe felt still/dead. Great.
Besides the scraping off the hardened callus located at the metatarsal boney area underneath my second toe with a steel blade, I will find/buy cushioned socks, metatarsal pads. I may try apple cider vinegar to remove the toughed skin.
