This morning we were waiting to hear the speech by Obama concerning the status of General McChrystal and his insubordination. (Just so you know I left a BIG company three years ago on 6/22 due to the same aforementioned issues between boss from hell and slave with hunter instincts).
But since we decided to do our errands*, I had to record the speech on the DVR. I have yet to see the speech. Maw predicted that Obama won’t fire McChrystal. But when I relaxed my mind, a thought came though – General Patraeus would be the replacement. Lo and behold, it happened!
I intentionally but temporarily placed my weblog on private mode and didn’t want to post my thoughts right away. And the test (once again) proved without warrant – that I can pick up what the next course of action would be. Or PERHAPS that my thoughts are reflected as future events, in this case a new general of my `choosing`.
I didn’t realize that General Patreaus was the mentor of General McChyrstal. The new general reminds me of Landy K., the buck teeth and my nemesis from hell.

*Our errands today: We delivered one bag of plums to Fred and Rose. I congratulated Fred for cleaning his house and installing a wooden floor. And I talked with two medium-sized parakeets he had in the darkened, covered patio.
Another bag of plums was given to Ben (who wasn’t home) and “Minh”, who talked about Father Lim, parishioners and people back home.
A third bag of plums was supposed to go to a `sister-in-law`. But she wasn’t home either.
When we arrived home Jose (from yesterday in his unsuccessful attempt to replace a perfectly good burner) came to install a burned out switch instead. The boy came over for lunch too.
