Three common traits: 1. Betting on real property value is NOT the American dream. Wake up and kepp it real by admitting you are doomed to debt/death without cold hard cash! 2. Older cities should be phased out with eminent domain. 3. Unions, essentially, are asking too much by taxing their kids and grandkids. It used to be save for the future (generations), not borrow against time.
