20161029-2112. Off-topic rant only : We were watching a recent YouTube video by The Next News Network in which Newton Gingrich mentioned Rico Rico law. Then I searched online for this definition and came across the above-mentioned link.

My incoming thought indicated that Richard M. Nixon was setup for a downfall by these Mafia groups. I wonder if Bill Clinton was also setup to be impeached.

In the article, the former president enacted into law this RICO (or OCCA). And that pissed off certain groups.

So in my theory, anytime something is meant for the better, not necessarily common, good, someone gets to play the fall guy.

And so that’s why there’s corruption. It’s because the bad guys won’t go away.
