Topic #88: What's the longest-distance relationship you maintain (or ever have)? Where are you? Where is the other person? How do you stay in touch? If it's a romantic relationship, how do you make it work?

The longest-distance relationship I have ever maintained is located in Los Angeles, CA. Then again, I'm just making up the story for the sake of sharing a fantasy. I've been located in San Jose, CA. Once in awhile I stay in touch with this person via `email`. In return, I get some blogging material to read. That's how I know we are `keeping in touch`. It's not a romantic relationships because I am NOT allowed to pursue that path. How do I know? Because I'm still broke! And when there's not money, there's no chance in the world to actually go visit someone I met online! Get it?
