I thought about starting my own business. It started when I needed to find a place or someone to take care of my pet parakeets. I called around town and found out that most “animal hospitals” and centers take only cats and dogs. Only one place seemed to offer a daily fee for $10. But I felt something wasn’t right. I didn’t think ahead to call the only place that specializes in exotic birds and my parakeets went to my brother and his wife for care. I didn’t like how they handled the birds.
