Topic #19: Share the longest road trip you’ve ever taken. Where did you start? Where did you end up? Why did you make the trek? Moving? Vacation? Bailing your brother out of jail (again)? Describe the journey.

My parents and I wanted to see an unused property up in Wilitts, CA. All it had were tall grass. I decided to take the detour to Highway 1. Instead of taking the faster route via south boud Highway 101, we ended up traveling five hours! I didn’t realize there were many switchbacks and the speed I was traveling was around 25 miles per hour. The car seemed to have a hard time shifting up and down. The repair later on cost a lot. We were trying our best to get home as quickly as possible because we needed to use the toilet!
