#1042: At what age do you think it's appropriate for children to get cell phones?
I feel that "children" should NOT have cell phones. They should concentrate of building their communicating skills by talking to people face to face.
Cellphone should be handles like any bill/expense. When they get older, say around nineteen, then these young adults, if they afford, could own their own cellphone.
