Mom: “[To me, Snowden is a hero!]”

Personally, I think he is within his personal right to exercise good moral conscious. Without whistleblowers like Snowden, troubled people/paranoid government won’t be “brought to light”. However, public surveillance helps protect the public.

It’s the unknown “snooping” by unsuspecting “targets” by these sorts that breaks the TRUST of respecting privacy and upholding “constitutional” right to “secure liberty” knowing such abuses by unscrupulous activities will NOT go unnoticed transparently by anyone, not by the one-eyeball of Lawd Gawd.
