I used to like chocolate chip cookies, anything chocolate, anything in an aluminum can and anything sweet. I used to fall asleep after eating these sweet snacks as if going through a coma-induced glucose attack. So that’s why I no longer crave those sweets and have substituted my snacks with healthier foods, such as granola/health bars, mixed nuts and fruit drinks.
