Deplorable! Shameful! Utter rubbish! The photo looks blurry and for all I care the person could be an actor with thin/skinny legs. I am reminded of those damn UFO photos/videos, most of which are blurry INTENTIONALLY, to create sensationalism. Perhaps the lad’s embarrassing escapades could earn him a better job title as “King of Fun”.
