The whole ATT.com website is TOO busy! It hurts the eye! I’m having difficulty navigating their website! Last week, I called three times and waited over ten minutes. The automated response said to check online. I did and processinbg updates online was faster than waiting on the phone.
I wanted to find out when our U-300 would downgrade to U-100; when the Filipino Package would stop; and when the “refund” or “credit” would reflect on the “next” billing cycle.
The Filipino package is horrible! It has TFC, GMA, and another one. Most of the shows are either too violent, too old, too sexy and overall too gay. And my parents don’t watch the news either because the Filipino language is too deep and fast for them to understand.
Plus, they don’t know how to use or enjoy the other shows. As for my internet upgrade from 6 megabytes to 12 megabytes, I am keeping that because it’s fast! But I still owe Paw almost $2,000 for AT&T internet usage.
