“Up to $500 fines per day for both residential and business owners for nine months, effective Tuesday.

No waste water on lawn, no hosting driveway or sidewalk, no hosing vehicles without shut-off nozzle.”

In an effort to conserve water, we recycle our “rinse-cycle” for dishes after washing off initial soapy suds, of course, and water the plant with this “rinsed” water.

I’m actually using trickles of water to manually rub off the dirty dishes BEFORE washing with soap.

For toilet sessions, Mutha and I use our portable toilet with plastic bucket upstairs, toss the night’s urine downstairs, and flush the toilet once, expect for popping sessions, of course.
