20241231-1626. I follow several feeds that share nostalgic content from the 70s, 80s, and 90s on Twatter. I remember almost all the fun toys and gadgets that we enjoyed as children.
My dad and I went shopping at our local bookstore called Barnes and Noble. While waiting in line at the check out stand, I saw the shorter whitish guy with several purchases.
On the bottom-most pile was a familiar game we used to play as kid. The game was called “OPERATIONS”. Because my choir voice tends to boom too loudly, I spook under my breath but was still loud enough about how “we had it good back in those days”.
It’s true. After Generation X, the kids have lost the true human connection of having fun without computers or cellphones! We had pagers which we hardly use and coin-paid pay-phones! That’s the struggle worth going back to! It was worth it!
That’s all. End 1632 PST.
Hello Flynn, nice, and good luck!
