20221221-1043. These chatting agents are annoying. I requested copies of these chat transcripts and this billion-dollar company does NOT have an option of emailing for Case IDs! This is annoying!

Why are consumers still paying this company for junk services and requests gone unfulfilled?

This agent is taking too long to answer my questions! I’m fed up with this computer company over charing consumers and taking too long to process simple request!

Why is chatting insufficient and why must a phone call be done, too?

I’m still asking why I can’t get a copy of the previous chat transcript. This is annoying!
