Cambing Caladreta
This Filipino dish is made out of goat meat and is swimming in a think, tomato sauce and some green olives. Goat meat is supposed to be better than eating pork and beef. So it fulfills the religious sensitivities of Muslims diets. This dish will be the main course and provide the protein.
Pancit
Pancit is another Filipino dish made out of noodles. There are different types of noodles. The `bihon` noodles are thin strings of rice, much like vermicelli. Another is called `canton` (strings of round egg noodles). Both could be mixed together with vegetables of sliced green beans, cabbage and carrots. This dish will be for the vegetarians. “Hibbies” (or very small dried, shrimp fries), optional.
Rice
White and brown rice will be served as `pilaf`, only stickier. This will be the starch in the diet. It’s is a staple food of Asians, by the way.

Coconut juice
