Maybe he should be invited to live in America, where the law is so relaxed that people die by their murderous hands. Heck, maybe he can live next door to us, where a schizophrenic Filipino woman resides. He can watch us/our activities through her cameras, too, if he’s a voyeur.
As a matter of fact, per an email subscription, our assemblyman mentioned how more Californian overpopulated prisons will set free prisoners who are known to have mental illnesses, like the psycho divorced nutter living next door to us.
