20250108-1220. Welp, I contacted two companies because I couldn’t access my dad’s accounts online.
The first one was since last year and I can’t get through to these idiots. We may have to visit our local branch.
The second one was taken cared of easily. I made the first mistake of chatting online with an agent who is outsourced from India: I could tell from the first name.
When the agent asked for last four digits of the SSN and then couldn’t find the account and then asked for the date of birth AND drivers license, that was a red flag and I immediately called our local agent for further assistance!
Honestly, I really hate outsourcing to these brownish shats! Didn’t I rant about these damned brownish shats on my Twatter account!
Anyways, I have to wait 24-hours for the system to reset after our local agent took my call.
But with the last call, the agent Kevin was very helpful. I complained about my previous call and how the brownish shats didn’t help last week. I chatted online with another who could help via chatting online.
So after a few minutes and NOT having to wait 24-hours or one week, Kevin managed to help and I was able to access my dad’s online account.
I told Kevin to forward my customer feedback to team engineering/developers and to tell his managers that I do NOT like outsourcing because THEY are NO good and NO help.
If y’all must know, I called the official Federal government “support” at MEDICARE. Since my name is on file, y’all know it’s for real.
So Kevin was appreciative. Thank goodness.
I just hate when BIG tech forces the elderly to keep up and I find myself “getting there” with my impatience going through the roof!
I do sympathize with the elderly and those who don’t have savers to the Internet or can’t afford computers or electronic devices.
I do sympathize with the customer service representatives and technicians for having to hear the same complains from different consumers.
That’s all. End 1233 PST.
