For the Twenty Eleven Theme Options, I’ve set the “Layout”: not “Content on left”, not “Content on right” but “One-column, no sidebar”. That’s right!
Now the reader gets to concentrate on reading my precious posts/pages instead of being distracted with sidebar widgets.
I don’t like clutter, even on my desks. I like simple and clean.
And by using only two of the three optional “Footer widgets” available LONGER links are expanded and therefore easier to view.
Again, what I like about the Twenty Eleven Theme is the “auto-fit” of the weblog to the screen resolution and how the footer widgets are reduced from three or two columns to one columns.
