YAMAGATA, Japan – Emergency workers seemed to try everything they could think of Thursday to douse one of Japan’s dangerously overheated nuclear reactors: helicopters, heavy-duty fire trucks, even water cannons normally used to quell rioters. But they couldn’t be sure any of it was easing the peril at the tsunami-ravaged facility.
After seeing the photo of a copter pouring water over a reactor with a broken roof, I prayed for a speedy recovery. Of course, TPTB just clucked their tongues, rolled up their eyes, smiled and prayed along with everyone else. All that is and always shall be by the will of God. Praise Allah, Buddha, Brahma, and pals.
If y’all are still alive, it’s okay. If y’all lost everything, it’s okay. Let’s see how well y’all cope with disasters. Will you roll over and die? Pay for salvation? Why don’t you ask forgiveness for killing my dolphins and everything else naughty? Perhaps, what was Japan’s 3/11 was America’s 9/11. Again, I NOT fully awake or really understanding the symbolic meaning of the number eleven.
