At first glance, this technology would most certainly be helpful to law enforcement who want to nab those pesky “trolls” who ruin our fun. Definitely public safety is important to me. And making those fools pay would add revenue to the state-controlled regime.
But what if you’re, say, a truth-seeker and you looked at someone funny or blogged something unkind, and then suddenly you/your face is wanted by authorities, simply because your stupid action offended someone who “thinks” they know better than you or has more power over what you are supposed to group-think.
Is security (in you whatever mind-set/safe place you belong) worth your freedom and privacy?
