For five months now, I’ve not been getting the exercise needed to loose weight and get healthy. Instead I’ve gotten a bigger belly! That’s right! I have been using a black-colored girdle to support my wider girth AND bum back. Needless to say, the contraption works and helps me to sit straighter and thus reduce the prickly sensation in my lower extremities.
When I don’t use my girdle, I have a backup: it’s Paw’s old leather belt. It is 1.5 inches wide and I use it on my lower abdomen. Of course, the blood is restricted as I feel prickly pain in my feet at the moment. So I have to reduce the tightness and go down a notch. I may have to go back to the girdle for better comfort.
