Ingredients include my mid-morning grilled “tilapia” fish, chopped oven-baked Filipino eggplant (American, Chinese, Japanese eggplants optional), chopped purple onion, and fish sauce (or “patis” in Filipino) to taste. (Hard-boiled eggs and/or tomatoes and/or “bagoong” sauce optional.)
