Last night and right after I purchased a Premium Theme by team Automattic, I noticed a blue-colored button on the upper right-hand corner of my Dashboard. It reads as: “Go Pro”. So I just clicked on it and it brought me to the Store page: “wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?product=1003&view=purchase&loc=admin-bar”. This is what it read:

“My shopping cart

Product : WordPress Value Bundle (more info) 1 year subscription

Cost : $99.00 Remove from cart

  • Upgrades can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • The refund period for a bundle is only 48 hours when the bundled domain is used, and must be within 30 of buying the bundle.

Now I wonder if I could apply/refund my upgrade/coupon that I purchased PREMATURELY to take effect on the renewal date next year. Hmm. I’ll have to wait for the Support team to COME BACK until October 29 to see how they handle my previous request. I have some audio/videos I want to share, by the way.
