Well, the best prank I've ever seen (and have done) are usually sneaking up behind unsuspecting victims. The best subjects are old people, especially my parents. I noticed that the ones who get scared scream like little girls A black guy got really scared when one of his neighbors dressed up as a scarecrow from his front porch.
