At around 1:00am, I awoke from a light slumber. That was only two hours of rest when I heard Maw saying that her pulse was too fast. Her face was red. She said that the heat was radiating from her stomach and chest and that she had to turn on the fast at a higher speed to cool down.
Paw was awaken and made the usual aspirated sound of `inconvenience`. But all three of us found ourselves on the road. Unfortunately, the onramp to northbound highway 101 was blocked! We tried going southbound to exit back up north. But there were construction activities going on past Story Road. Exiting off Alum Rock Ave. didn’t work because the onramp there was also blocked!
We went onto King Rd. and headed back home because Maw felt better. She later took a few blood pressure readings and the systolic went from 193 downward.
As a result and after one hour of wakefulness, I find myself blogging this entry. I’ve sustained a tummy ache as a result. Stress has been localized in the form of tummy aches recently.
I thought I would loose one day of work, which is fine because I don’t care anymore. But that mean loosing $76.00 for a day of practically doing nothing. I would rather stay home and be a penniless bum than to see those people.
One tall white guy intentionally coughed in my area. A shorter, long-aired Asian woman with a face of a dog also coughed several times near my area. And more Asians think I’m Asian and wouldn’t mind their coughing. You know what? Screw off!
