On the top of my foot – where the highest points would be – there are dry patches of skin – the color of dusty gray and brown. Maw had applied Lotrimin ointment to the affected area but the right foot area burned afterwards. The left seems to be getting better.
This morning while in the shower, the burn of my right foot stigmata could be felt. I was careful not to rub down to hard or soap up that area too much. The area was angry red and vertically etched from near the ankle to where my patch of foot hair grows in middle.
I showed Maw who would cleans the area with hydrogen peroxide and apply Benadryl cream to control the allergy reaction to what may be contact dermatitis from a velor slipper discovered from last night and from my tightly-fitted, cheaply-made, clog-like, black-colored shoes from Payless Shoes store. It is a size 9, one-half the size too small. I wear a size 9.5, by the way.
The pain can still be felt as I blog this post entry.
