I recall from one of the OPEN forum discussion board about how a master had a dog. The master sent the dog to fetch something. But the dog brought back a dead animal. The master felt sorry for the dog but didn’t know whether to hate it by punishment for bringing back the wrong item or love it by reward for trying its best to understand the instructions by the master.
Tonight, we watched on a televised show about `Dog The Bounty Hunter` on eonline.com (THS – True Hollywood Story). The story went from bad to good with him doing drugs after the death of his beloved mother and then turning his life around when a friend, Beth came into his life in Hawaii. He had children and did the televised gig as a bounty hunter.
But he and his boys got arrested by the Mexicans on some charges related to restricting the liberty of a person, who was turned over to the American authorities. The one being arrested by Dog was wanted for rape and sodomy and the guy tried to hide in Mexico unsuccessfully.
The jailhouse was flooded with excrement. Bugs were flying in and out any of their orifices. They were not being fed. And after a few days in jail, bail was set and later the case dismissed. In another story, one of his boys was jailed on drug-related charges.
The point is that Dog appeared as a tough guy on the outside. But when he talked about the death of his mother and heard a video taped recording of his son’s apology for being in jail, he was an emotional wreck, wiping away tears from his eyes in front of the camera.
So perhaps any master should feel sorry for the dogs who are sent out to do what is supposed to be a simple task but ends up either getting hurt or hurting in the process of trying to please the master. It’s time to realize that not all dogs are scary and don’t always bite.
